I haven't received a new membership card, where can I get one?
We have not produced membership cards for some time now as the DIA is paperless and therefore we would ask you to go online towww.driving.org/my-account/pipl and log into the members area to download your personalised PI/PL certificate which verifies your membership.
Where can I get my personalised DIA Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Policy summary/certificate?
We have not produced paper versions of the DIA Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Policy summary/certificate for some time now as the DIA is paperless and therefore we would ask you to go online to www.driving.org/my-account/pipl and log into the members area to download.
Can I Join the DIA over the phone?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to take membership payments over the phone, if you wish to join the DIA please visit www.driving.org/join
My address and contact details need updating where can I do that?
Please complete the form here if you wish to update your membership details. These details are used to get in contact with you, for the delivery of Driver Trainer magazine and any other DIA membership correspondence.
How do I cancel my DIA Membership?
Please use our cancellation form to request the cancellation of your DIA membership. Submit your request at least 30 working days before your next payment to avoid additional charges. If you paid quarterly, you'll be responsible for the fees of the remaining quarters if you cancel before the agreed 1-year period ends. Our membership team will follow up with you after you submit the form.
