Cancelling Your DIA Membership
To cancel your DIA membership, we recommend using our convenient online cancellation form. Please ensure that you submit your cancellation request at least 30 working days before your next payment is due to avoid any additional charges.
Please note that if you have paid for your membership in quarterly instalments and you wish to cancel before the agreed membership period of 1 year ends, as per our membership Terms and Conditions you will be required to pay the total cost of the remaining membership period. For example, if you cancel your membership after 3 quarters, you will typically be responsible for paying the fees for the remaining quarter.

Important: Membership cancellations cannot be processed over the phone. All cancellation requests must be submitted online using our cancellation form or in writing.
