General manager and Diamond chief examiner
Karen is a key member of our team, with extensive experience in post-test training and driver instruction. As the manager of our post-test training brand, Diamond, Karen is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality driver training programmes. She also plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the DIA team. With her attention to detail and excellent communication skills, Karen ensures that our team is delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Head of Digital Operations, IT, and Marketing
Matt, our design and technology expert, is responsible for enhancing our digital presence by creating visually engaging magazines and websites. He manages the DIA team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth system operations. Additionally, Matt takes a leadership role in marketing, publishing operations, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Head of road safety
Howard is an experienced ADI with 18 years of experience covering various sectors, including transport and fleet, as well as the provisional car and motorcycle industries. His extensive knowledge of road safety is highly valuable in his role on the DIA Helpdesk, where he provides expert advice and support to our members. With his strong communication skills and attention to detail, Howard ensures that our members receive the best possible guidance and assistance.
