All of our online payments are dealt with securely by SagePay. If you would rather order from us by phone please call our 24-hour hotline on 020 8665 5253. Please have your membership number, credit/debit card information and product codes ready before calling.

DIA members will need to register before ordering to receive members' discounts. Members who order without logging in will be charged non-member prices and no reimbursement will be made.

Postage is charged at £4.00 per order (mainland UK). Every endeavour will be made to process your order by return, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns Policy – if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt, unopened and in its original condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will happily issue a refund. The original postage paid will be refunded if the item is returned within seven days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. Please note: we can only accept the return of unsealed items if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
