It's not just Driving Instructor magazine where we confront the controversial issues of the day - in the October/November 2011 issue of Driving we looked at motorway speed limits, an issue that took on increasing focus as the magazine was sent out to members and subscribers as the government announced plans to increase the national limit to 80mph.
